KEMAH — The city is taking over construction of any new parking spaces in an effort to end new business owners’ confusion on parking requirements.

Free Kemah Boardwalk Shuttle, Park and float Ferry

KEMAH,TX- A free passenger ferry that lugs Visitors and employees from parking lots under the state Highway 146 bridge to the bayside attraction.

It’s a short trip, just 65 feet — that’s .01 nautical miles for the mariners among you. The boat itself is 26 feet long.That could make the shuttle the shortest ferry ride in the world. Kemah, Texas, USA:29.52°N 95.03°W (Elev. 20 ft)

Toy and Food Drive -The city of Kemah and the Kemah Citizen’s Police Academy will be accepting toys, food and clothing from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 8 a.m. to noon Fridays through Dec. 15 at city hall, 1401 state Highway 146.
