Kemah, TX  Blessing of the Fleet Sunday August 3rd 2003 at the Kemah Boardwalk .Calling on the Almighty in prayer to ensure a bountiful catch and the safety of the boats and crews, the Clergy sprinkled each boat with holy water, and ended the day’s celebration with the ceremonial tossing of a memorial wreath into the water, as a solemn remembrance of all who lost their lives at sea the past year.  The Wreath is Created each year by Carol McCants of Carol and Company.                                                    Pages Compliments Kemah.Net
