The Order Calling for a General Election, May 7, 2005
There are three (3) positions represented
     on the  ballot.   All positions are 2 year terms.  
    Office of Mayor:          Incumbent      William E. King
 Council Position 2:     Incumbent      Greg Collins 
Council Position 4:     Incumbent      Wayne Rast
             *Referendum: to decide  whether  half  of  the KCDC's
                  revenue should be used for infrastructure improvements

First day for Early Voting:   April 20, 2005   8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Last day for Early Voting: May 3, 2005 
Early voting will occur at the City Hall  City Secretary's office Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The General  Election Day, will occur at the City Hall  Saturday  May 7th 7:00 am 7:00 pm
*And  a  non-binding referendum to decide  whether  half  of  the KCDC's $850,000 in revenue should be used for infrastructure improvements reallocating $300,000 for city street maintenance and drainage.
