The following areas have been proposed to be added to the park.
A Toddlers Park for ages 2-5 years,, Children's Park for ages 6-12 years, Skateboard Park for Teens, Picnic area for all ages, Tennis Court for all ages, Basketball Court for all ages, Outdoor Fitness Area for all ages, Health Trails for all. A town meeting is planed  for those interested in the different areas above. And for local business community and other interested people who wish to  sponsor different sections of the proposed park or pieces of equipment with naming rights for different sections.

He asserted we have a town with many talented people who can devote time, energy and expertise in various areas to help stretch the budget of 50,000 from Galveston County Water Control & Improvement District No. 12 and 50,000 from the Kemah Community Development Corporation to get a fabulous community asset.
